Grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental. You and your therapist will work together to identify and change the thought and behaviour patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. Therapy aims to teach new skills sets so that you can better cope with whatever challenges arise in the future.

Having spent years in customer service and management she developed a keen interest and understanding of human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics. Caitlin’s passion for the intricacies of the human mind and the complexities of emotional well-being paired with the desire to help others have led her to pursue a career in psychotherapy.
